Delivery

New Zealand: We offer free delivery nationwide on all New Zealand orders (no minimum spend required).

Australia: Standard shipping is $20.00 (NZD) on all Australian orders.  

UK/EU: Standard shipping is $50 (NZD) on all UK/EU orders. 

USA: Standard shipping is $45.00 (NZD) on all US orders. 

Asia: Standard shipping is $53.00 (NZD) on all Asia orders. 

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Embodyme will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. Duties upon entry that will need to be paid for by the customer.

Tracking

Your shopping confirmation email should include a tracking link for your package. If you don't receive it, feel free to contact us here and we’ll be happy to assist.

Please note that we are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to love and enjoy your Embodyme products. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If you are not happy with your purchase for another reason or you wish to apply for a refund, please contact us here. Please note any returns must be conducted within 14 days of receipt.

Please ensure that returns are well packaged. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost or damaged return packages. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning the product and shipping costs are non-refundable.
