How do I check the status of my order?

Your shopping confirmation email should include a tracking link for your package. If you don't receive it, feel free to contact us here and we’ll be happy to assist.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We take great pride in the quality and origins of our ingredients. We believe in supporting local communities and promoting sustainability, which is why we prioritise sourcing our ingredients within New Zealand whenever possible. Our hero oils Golden Hemp Seed Oil, Avocado Oil, Meadowfoam Seed Oil are all sourced in New Zealand. For more, please see our ingredients glossary here.

Where do you manufacture your products?

Our product range is made and manufactured here in New Zealand using both locally and globally sourced-ingredients and packaging.

Are your body oils safe for pregnancy?  

Yes, our body oil range is safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you have concerns, consult your healthcare practitioner. 

Are your body oils suitable for vegans?  

Yes, our range is vegan friendly and plant-based. 

Are your products recyclable? 

We strive to reduce our environmental impact and create a beautiful experience by carefully considering packaging choices with a focus on end life and recyclability.

To ensure transparency, each product includes clear end-of-life instructions so that any non-recyclable components are clearly identified. Every component of our packaging and glass bottles are recyclable, with the exception of the label, rubber bulb and plastic collar. Please remove these before recycling.
